What is Zach’s Problem?

As a business owner and operator the question is when do you stop working?  Staying relevant in a community instead of using a corporate business.

A few things came up:

*Grandfather started working for Orkin back in the 60’s.  He then started L&H Pest Control in Spring Hill.  That business closed in 2000 and his dad started Bug Out in 2001 and runs that with Zach.

*In highschool he knew he wanted to be in pest control and he wanted to own his own business and pest control provided that

*This business allows him to meet people from all over.  Bugout services 16 counties in the middle Tennessee area

*Working with family is tuff and no matter what you still have to wake up and go to work and put those feelings behind you.

*There has been talk about possible franchising as long as they can keep the business focused on what they are good at which is pest control.
