The problem with creative ideas is that once you start to execute on them, you keep getting more.
Jamie Yost has such a problem. From recipe ideas to ideas about a video series wondering how they take the flag down at Camping World in downtown Nashville, Jamie has trouble realizing her time is limited and that she can only do so much.

Here is a snippet of Jamie’s very engaging creative musings straight from her LinkedIn description:
“A former boss once called me Radar…as in O’Reilly. I argued at the time that I would much rather be Hawkeye, but then I started to realize – that was a huge compliment.
I pride myself on details. I like to think that I’m detail-oriented to a fault and take a secret pleasure in fixing a problem before it becomes a problem. I’ve honed the skill of getting folks what they didn’t know they needed as an overall assistant to two different sales staffs (a skill I first discovered was even a thing during a 9-year tenure in the restaurant/hospitality industry.) One might say I’m pretty good at foretelling disaster, but I like to think of it as being prepared.
Working at the iconic Ryman Auditorium for 4 years was an honor and exposed me to the roller coaster that is event marketing and had I a souvenir photo, it would be me, with my hands raised in jubilation, with a huge smile on my face as I screamed down that hill at 97 miles an hour.
I also had the pleasure to recently work at another Nashville institution, The Country Music Hall of Fame and Museum. Managing a team of marketing managers continued the thrill ride of my career until I decided a shift in work environments was coming when I accepted a position at a local garden center, JVI Secret Gardens. Tending to plants while helping Nashville residents bring their yard to life make the unfortunate tan lines completely worth it. I have traded my dresses and heels for tank tops and work boots and I couldn’t be happier.
I like to cook, also and it shows on the local TV airwaves. I have created recipes for use in television commercials, as well as supplying scripts and being an on-camera talent. I also represent a national website, Allrecipes.com, in the role of brand ambassador. Through my ambassador role, I’ve been able to showcase recipes on local television shows through live and recorded cooking demonstrations.
All of this is to say that I’m kind of a grab bag of abilities…and I’m always looking to add to the bag.
Specialties: Creative writing, recipe creation, social media whiz”
