Jason’s first foray into entrepreneurship started as a side hustle LED lighting business that he considered more of a hobby than a business. It was after the Great recession of 2008/2009 and after he found himself unemployed that his hobby was to become his main focus in order to feed his family.
Fast forward to present day and Jason is still an owner of the lighting business, www.energylightingservices.com, but has found the way to empower a team to run it for him. Jason now coaches other business owners and entrepreneurs on how to exit without exiting their business.
