Forged in the fire of a small family-owned meat shop in Kansas, Casey Weber, Ph.D. comes to Tallgrass Meat Company with a strong professional background in nutrition and food safety. He values hard work and accountability which shows in his dedication to share his craft with his community.



What is Casey’s problem?

Preparing for inconsistencies in business while getting things off the ground.


A few things that came up:

*switched degrees from marine biology to food science after classmate said she got to eat ice cream every day

*got out of college and got a job with cargo( worked with coke)

*Left kansas and moved to tennessee so that his daughter could be close to her cousins, took a job as a traveling salesman, but work schedule led him to a teaching position at spring hill highschool

*Gummi Bear Brawts and cinnamon roll bacon!
