What is Tyler’s Problem?

*WPY- We have scaled into the national market, and now I seek what is the easiest way to scale into a new market and how to do it well

A few things came up:

*In a 3 year period, they have grown their business to have 97 sites in service and has a team of 15 people

*Business is based on building websites and making them practical.  Built from an SEO perspective.. SEO is all about getting people to the website and creating the traffic.

*Most of the time when people come seeking a better website, they actually need to take the base they have and build the trust assets.

*When it comes to their personal website, he built it over Memorial day weekend in 2017 and has barely updated it since then.

*We take what you are trying to sell and maximize the way you sell it

*People have to be able to attach something to you that sets you apart from everyone else
