What’s David Miller’s Problem? :: Scaling the Heck Out of People

David Miller is a Spring Hill native who started selling Real Estate in the early millennium. His marketing prowess was evident early on when he put his picture upside down on billboards and bus boards around town. Then he branched out into another interesting way to market himself….a haunted attraction called Miller’s Thrillers. Since then, David has tapped into a passion of being a PT Barnum of sorts, even getting into the Escape Game industry with Extreme Escape Games in Cool Springs.

What’s Brian Peter’s Problem? :: Building Confidence and Signaling

Bullies exist for a reason.

For Brian Peters, bullies led him to begin taking martial arts classes when he was a kid. He decided he’d had enough and wanted to learn how to defend himself when the bullies came around. What he found was that his newfound confidence had him walking and posturing in a much different way, signalling to the bullies that it may be in their best interests to leave Brian alone. Suffice to say, Brian never really had to rely on his newfound skills, but it started a lifelong pursuit of a realized passion!

Joey owns Legacy Pest Management. His team members live in the areas that they service, so they know what pest issues you face and how to fix them. They are PASSIONATE about providing you with the BEST pest control experience possible.

What is Joey’s Problem?

Exposure, planned on advertising in advance before opening the doors but due to various issues they weren’t able to do that. Now they are pounding the pavement, hanging signs on doors, and hitting up the social media sites.

A few things came up:

*Started in the pest control business about 5 years ago.  Started with an office job in management and restaurant management.

*Biggest challenge getting into owning his own business was a transition from a service job to a sales job.  Struggled with cold calling new customers. Boss was told to fire him during training because they thought he was a bad sales person because he was a funny person and they thought he couldn’t be serious.

*He started to take off in business when he started to challenge the system and business took off.  He made the owners eat their words

*Most people don’t think about the preventative measures that they can take to prevent pests from getting into their homes

*They use traditional pesticides but they do offer an all natural and organic but they don’t last as long

Nick believes that a large part of what he does is reflected in how he works with clients. He is comfortable with all people from CEO’s to team members. All of our equipment from cameras to lighting is “travel ready” and so is he!

What is Nick’s Problem?

Reinventing myself  as an older guy in the photography industry. Spent so many years in the service industry and then came here and just wanted to be in photography.

A few things came up:

*Started over here in Tennessee by coming here from Ohio to  one the largest camera stores in the southeastern part of the united states

*Offered to photograph a house for free for a real estate team and now does at least  houses a week

*How I got successful is by having good people skills and by being able to listen to people

*I never lose a headshot photography job because they are willing to pay less money. People know the quality that they receive and are willing to pay for that

*As a veteran photographer I can’t afford to be complaining about the younger photographers coming into the market.  If the photographs I am producing don’t look better than theirs than I am not doing my job right and don’t deserve the job.

What’s Our Country’s Problem? :: We Go Through This Every 80 Years

“I’ve never seen us this divided.” “I feel like we’re losing our country.” “I don’t remember it ever being quite like this.”

Whenever someone voices their concern to me about the current state of our culture, I typically respond with, “This isn’t the first time we’ve been here and it’s surely been worse than it is now.”

I believe there’s a reason why we’re going through what seems to be a massive uproar in our country. If you know me well, you have likely heard me bring up the book:

Pendulum: How Past Generations Shape Our Present and Predict Our Future”

The accuracy of this book is quite astonishing when it comes to predicting what we’re going through now. Mind you, it was published in 2012 and researched over 10 years prior.

Michael Drew is the co-author alongside the Wizard of Ads himself, Roy H. Williams.

Building marketing platforms is in Mr. Drew’s blood. Creating marketing platforms that are easy to access, use and engage with are in his genes. Michael has used his skilling in marketing, platform building and communication strategies to help his clients collectively increase revenue by more than $1 billion dollars, impact hundreds of millions of lives and market 96 consecutive books on the Wall Street Journal, USA Today and New York Times best-sellers lists.
